Ease and Grace Solutions gives you peace of mind through helpful organization and archiving of your treasured possessions and important life documents and photos.

Knowing in advance that you’re prepared in case of an unforseen circumstance – whether fire, flood, earthquake, robbery, or death in the family – can make a difficult time calmer and more bearable. Few things are worse than dealing with a difficult insurance company or quarreling family members during times of change. We help you prepare for those times by organizing and documenting whatever you need in a way that insurance companies and others have been proven to accept and understand.

About Patricia Hoekwater

Tricia Hoekwater is the driving force behind Ease and Grace Solutions, specializing in concierge services for individuals, small businesses and corporations.

Prior to establishing her business, Tricia provided Executive Assistant and Project Management support in the industries of IT consulting, healthcare, telecommunications, insurance, direct sales and travel  ̶  supporting business development, operations, marketing, sales and human resources for startup organizations to well established global corporations.

Her interpersonal skills are an important part of her current personal services business and her clients include small business owners, realtors insurance, bank, sales and travel executives, seniors and many others.

She holds an honors certificate in Project Management from the University of California – Berkeley, and Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute since 2008.
